In late 2005, I contacted Cheryl Poliak (Nonesuch Bearded Collies) about the possibility of a show puppy. I had admired Cheryl's dogs for quite sometime and after conversing back and forth through e-mail, I found out she had the perfect litter for us. In June, we packed up the Toyota Tercel and we drove over 2100 kilometers to pick Miles up from her in Pickett, Wisconsin. He was worth every minute of the long, oh so scenic drive down to Wisconsin and back.

Miles finished his Canadian Championship at just over a year with some really nice wins along the way. He's taken a spin around the show ring here and there, spent time training with Justin in agility, herding and is currently training at the Open level of Obedience. Jaimie is looking forward to competing with Miles later this year to finish his PCD and CD in Obedience.

When it comes to conformation, Miles has it all. Stunning reach and drive, beautiful outline and a rock solid topline. In 2009, Miles showed like a seasoned special and took Best of Breed at the Bearded Collie Club of Canada Specialty under breeder/judge Les Griffith. This was a win that we'll remember for quite sometime. Miles is occasionally being Specialed in 2010 and is working towards his American Championship. He has both his majors! Watch for him in the ring owner-handled by Jaimie St-Maurice. He started off the New Year with a Group 3rd and a Group 4th win. You can follow his adventures on his Facebook Fan Page.

Miles is available at stud to approved bitches. Please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for more information.
